This is an attainable goal because I am equipped with the knowledge and training needed to do this job when I was in college. I will be patient and positive in applying for these top oil companies, I will do my best in job interviews by attending seminars and gaining tips from human resource experts. I can achieve this goal by being pro-active in work, apply what I have learned in school and by striving excellence in work so that the management will see that I am worthy of the promotion.
